Terms of use

Last updated: October 10, 2026

By using the BodyYears app, you agree to the following terms.

1. What BodyYears does

BodyYears estimates your body age based on your habits and 3 simple physical tests, then suggests a plan to improve your fitness. The calculation relies on published research, but it remains an estimate.

2. A wellness tool, not medical advice

BodyYears does not diagnose, does not detect any disease, and does not replace a doctor or any other health professional. Do not make any medical decision based on the app. If you have a health problem, see a professional.

3. The physical tests

Take the tests in a clear space, at your own pace. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. If you have an injury or a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any doubt, ask a health professional before taking the tests. You take them at your own risk.

4. Minimum age

The app is intended for people aged 18 and over.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are made through Apple's App Store, under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your iPhone settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions). Refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee that the estimate is accurate for every person, or that following the plan will produce a specific result. The app is provided "as is".

7. Intellectual property

The app, its content, its brand and its logo belong to BodyYears. You may not copy or resell them without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BodyYears is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the app, including during the physical tests. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection laws in your country give you.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, without depriving you of the protections of the law of your country of residence. For any question: [email protected].
